MarathonTracks is a ticketing and registration partner for various marathon organizers. We facilitate registrations on behalf of event organizers but do not organize, manage, conduct, postpone, cancel, or supervise any marathon event.
No Refund Policy
Once a registration or ticket has been successfully purchased through MarathonTracks:
The registration transfer rule does not apply if the organizer expressly allows it.
Organizer's Refund Policy Applies
Each marathon has its own refund, cancellation, transfer, postponement, and event policies.
- Users are responsible for reviewing the organizer's terms before registering.
- If an organizer offers refunds, transfers, or deferments, users must contact the organizer directly.
Event Cancellation or Postponement
If a marathon is:
all decisions regarding refunds, credits, transfers, or compensation rest solely with the respective event organizer.
MarathonTracks is not responsible for such decisions.
Failed Participation
No refunds will be provided if a participant:
- Misses the event
- Arrives late
- Is medically unfit
- Is disqualified
- Chooses not to participate
Duplicate Payments
If you believe you have been charged more than once due to a technical issue, please contact us within 7 days with your payment details.
