Tata Mumbai Maraton
A marathon is a long-distance footrace with an official distance of 42.195 kilometers (26.2 miles). Named after the legendary Greek soldier Pheidippides, who is said to have run from the battlefield of Marathon to Athens to announce a military victory, it has been a premier athletic event since the first modern Olympic Games in 1896
